Bad rating because of complicated communication – my partner will not renew it as they lost one payment and it took more than a year and like 50 emails and 10 phone calls to force them to find where the money went and to get them to the correct account. In general, email communication with Foywr is very slow and takes weeks to get an answer or to process a claim. But they covered everything so far, so at least that.

7. No, my biggest tab at the hospital so far was around 1300 usd
8. 8, superb communication (today they responded within like 40 minutes), reimbursements keep flowing, pre approval for treatments work.   I dont like how misleading they are about the emergency-only treatment in europe and other countries. I only found when it was sent to me in PDF after I signed and paid.
I would advise people who spend significant amount of time per year in europe to avoid WR. Mind you, these are restricted cover countries limits. For all the other ones, the standard limit applies, which is in the millions. Pay attention how the limit is 100k usd, but only 75k euro. If youre in europe, you get billed in euros, and 75k is a joke.
